Mindfulness and Creative Imagination Meditation

Monday Evenings, arrive 6pm for a 6.10pm start.  One hour class

This is a small group - maximum 8 people

We start with mindfulness to calm the mind and body.  Then there is a creative guided meditation. Practice will build week by week, but it is also fine to drop in as and when if there is space.  

Research has shown there is great benefit to learning mindfulness and meditation.

Cathy Towers is an experienced therapist (nearly 30 years) and meditation guide

NB This workshop is priced at £8 per session, a reduction is available if you wish to pay for a series of sessions.
