Counselling and Psychotherapy
For those who wish to talk through issues, either individual or couples. If you are the one who usually copes and supports others, it is difficult to come for help yourself. You may notice the impact on relationships, how you function at work, your ability to make decisions, stress levels and also your mood. There may or may not be specific experiences such as bereavement, divorce, or bullying at work, and more.
Zero Balancing Body Therapy
A hands-on body therapy where you lie on a couch, this is relevant for stress, strain and pain. I would choose this option if you feel unable to talk, or that your stress levels are such that you feel unable to do anything. I consider this to be the body therapy of choice those with experience of abuse. It is also a sound self development therapy.
Mindfulness and Meditation
A low-cost practical option for self development or stress management within a small weekly group (or drop-in if availability). This will help you build resilience, calmness and focus.
